We offer booth space on the ground floor and on the first floor (see 'Floor plans'). The standard size of the stand space is 6 qm (3m in length and 2m in depth). The price for a booth is 1.200,00 € on the ground floor and 1.000,00 € on the first floor *.

Booking stand space for the commercial exhibition will be available soon via this website.
You can bring your own stand elements, of course. Booth space will be allocated on a “first come first served basis”. In February 2019 we will supply you with the printed Conference Program and more detailed information on the meeting.
*Stand space will be invoiced by the Neurowissenschaftliche Gesellschaft. Since the Neurowissenschaftliche Gesellschaft is a non-profit organization we are not subject to VAT. The price for the stand is the gross amount without VAT. No VAT will be charged in addition.
We will print 1.000 Conference Program Booklets in pocket format (21 cm height, 10 cm width). This booklet will be distributed to the invited speakers and to those participants who ordered it in advance or who buy it at the conference. In addition, it will be sent to the major funding institutions in Germany. We offer either black and white or colour ads in this booklet:
- black and white full page ad: Euro 450,00 (plus VAT)**
- colour full page ad: Euro 840,00 (plus VAT)**
All ads will be printed on the right side in the program booklet in order to enhance visibility - ad closing date is January 18, 2019.
We offer the option to insert leaflets into the congress bags. The price for 1.800 copies is 680,00 Euro (plus VAT)** as well. Deadline for ordering the inclusion of leaflets is February 1, 2019. The material must be delivered to Göttingen before March 15, 2019.

Dismantling is possible on Friday, March 22 between 14:30 and 15:30 h and/or 18:00 and 19:00 h.

Delivery is possible on Monday, March 18 and Tuesday, March 19, 2019 only. Earlier delivery cannot be accepted and stored.
Please mark all goods with „Neurobiologentagung“ and your booth number/contact person of the booth.
There are 2 parking lots onsite, indicated on the map below.
P1 is easy to reach from Weender Landstraße and offers enough spaces, but one has to pay parking fees except the period in the evening/night and on Sunday. P1 can be accessed Monday - Friday 8.00-19.00 and Saturday 8.00-17.00 Uhr. Minimum parking fee is 0,50 ct, an hour costs 0,70 ct and maximum parking duration is 8 hours.
P2 is not a public parking lot, in order to be admitted you have to inform the guard via the interphone at the gate that you have goods to deliver for the “Neurobiologentagung” (this is the 'magic word'). P2 is located right behind the “Zentrales Hörsaalgebäude”, thus ideal for loading and unloading. You will not be charged for parking on P2, however, this parking lot is rather small and may be full. The access is from Kreuzbergring.

In 2019 we will organize the 4th time the “passport competition”.
The goal of this lottery is to attract as many participants as possible to the commercial booths.
To achieve this aim we will include in the participants’ bags a “passport”. This “passport” lists all exhibitors. In order to qualify for the drawing this “passport” must be stamped by at least 30 exhibitors at a designated space.
Exhibitors who want to participate are requested to give a contribution in kind. The list of prizes which were raffled in 2017 can be found here.
All exhibitors are invited to participate in a survey. We will distribute a questionnaire onsite at all booth.
Suggestions, comments and criticism from our commercial partner are crucial for improving the exhibition.
